This internship is an exciting opportunity to develop yourself and your skills.  Years ago Steve started Rother Horsemanship from scratch. He traveled the country in search of information that would help him become a better horseman.  Although it was an adventurous process, it was also time-consuming and expensive. The Internship is an opportunity to gain the knowledge that took Steve so long to find, but in a much shorter and more efficient time period.

This is a very sought after program and is a once in a lifetime opportunity to help prepare you for a career as an equine professional.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this program you must be hard-working (the hours are long), enjoy communicating with the public and have the desire to be the best horseman you can be. This program is designed for those seeking to ride at a professional level. Due to the hard work and very long hours, it is not for everyone. 

There are two types of education programs at the ranch.  There is the kick back and relax with your horse camp program (including catered meals) and then there is the internship.  The hours are long, the work is hard, but the rewards are great.  Every intern (that has completed at least 2 months) has gone on to be successful in the equine industry.  If you think you have what it takes, contact us to secure your spot (limited availability).

COST

1 month program offered only once a year: $2995.
Includes accommodation (not food). To qualify you must attend either a Rother Horsemanship clinic or a camp.
