Current Positions Available -

Internships:

One month internships: $1,500
If you are successful in the one month internship you will be offered a three month internship ($2,995 for all 3 months).
If you are successful in the 3 month internship we will offer you a one year internship, which is a path to a full-time position.
 
*Costs and Packages vary per applicant depending upon length of stay and goals and skills that the applicant has.

Assistant Trainer:

Assist in the Rother Horsemanship Horse Development Program.  Duties include starting young horses, riding, training, and exercising older horses; including exercising the Rother Horsemanship leased horses.  Ranch chores will include, tractor and skid steer driving, feeding, doctoring, maintenance of horse facilities (some fixing and building fence, dragging arena, etc.).  This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their horse training skills.  Must have prior riding and training experience along with the ability to work long hours 6 days a week (sometimes 7) and lift at least 50lbs.  Qualified applicants will be required to complete a one month trial to be accepted into the position.  Salary varies based on experience.

Ranch Foreman/Maintenance:

Accepting applications for Ranch Foreman.  Excellent opportunity for a hardworking self starter that is looking for a career in the horse industry.  This position requires the ability to work with a variety of equipment and tools.  From fencing to mechanic work.  Building sheds, cabins, and various horse structures, etc.  Experience with electrical, plumbing, and mechanics.  This is a part time position.  Salary varies based on experience.
